Access roads in excellent condition

Access is from a national highway; the new Cartago - Paraiso highway (4 lanes) shortened transit time from San Jose by 15 minutes.

Drinking water in all properties

Lago Alto has its own potable water supply that assures the supply to the project owners. All properties will have their own potable water supply.

Electricity

The project has electricity. The power line is underground in some lots to avoid interfering with the breathtaking view of the lake and volcanoes.

Communication services

Good quality regular and cellular telephony, internet access, and satellite television.

Security

A single entrance is guarded 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and only owners, residents and their guests will be allowed to enter the residence.

As a result, it minimizes environmental impact and maximizes the view of nature, the lake, the volcanoes, and the sky.
